LLR Partners led a recapitalization of Strategic Distribution, a leading provider of outsourced maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) supply chain management services in North America. The Company manages the procurement and inventory management of more than 2 million MRO SKUs for its customers through a combination of integrated technology and on-site and centralized professional staff. The invested capital was used to finance the redemption of SDI’s existing shareholders and to support its continued growth and expansion into new markets. SDI is headquartered in Bristol, PA.
