Panel: The Board’s Role in Talent Management

June 16, 2015

Board members want their organizations to build shareholder value, craft killer competitive strategies, develop outstanding products and implement world class processes. But driving the organization forward depends on people. Directors need to be confident that the right people – beyond just the CEO – are sourced, developed, motivated, evaluated and advanced. Best practices depend on factors unique to each organization: culture, stage of development, existing bench strength and most critical needs at the moment.

LLR’s Vice President of Talent, Kristen Chang, joins an NACD panel discussion on what top companies are doing to make talent management a strategic competitive advantage. She’ll offer the private equity perspective on talent, how board members can help assess if their organizations are measuring up to best practices, and the role of boards in leveraging talent as a catalyst for meaningful change.

Hosted by The Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Corporate Directors, the event will be held June 16, 2015, at the Top of the Tower in Philadelphia, from 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. For more information and to register, click here.
