JGWPT Holdings, LLC, is the combined entity of J. G. Wentworth and Peachtree Financial Solutions, two leading buyers of illiquid financial assets. Operating independently for twenty years, the companies have purchased over $12.5 billion in future payment obligations and other specialty receivables. LLR invested in Peachtree in December 2004. It went public on the AIM Market (LSE) in March 2006 and was taken private by DLJ Merchant Banking in November 2006. Peachtree merged with J.G. Wentworth in 2011. LLR sold a substantial portion of its investment in the Peachtree public offering and subsequent sale. It remains an investor in the merged entity.
