Acquisition solidifies 3SI as a leader in GPS tracking technologies within the law enforcement sector
3SI Security Systems, the world leader in advanced security solutions for asset protection and recovery, announced today the acquisition of CovertTrack, an Arizona-based innovator of technical surveillance equipment and services.
Founded in 2006 by Jeff Evert and Tim Welch, CovertTrack is a recognized leader within the law enforcement sector nationwide, creating specialized tools for GPS tracking, bait vehicles, and audio and video surveillance. Combining CovertTrack’s and 3SI’s extensive customer footprints strengthens 3SI’s position as the leading GPS tracking and tactical solutions provider to law enforcement agencies.
