LLR HR Roundtable 2016

On October 20, 2016, LLR hosted its annual HR Roundtable, where talent and human resources leaders from the LLR portfolio spent a day sharing best practices and discussing key people issues facing growth-oriented companies.

The annual event was established as a way to foster community among the talent and HR specialists in LLR’s portfolio. This year, attendees explored the latest challenges and trends in performance management, discussed corporate culture and how to attract and retain millennials, and heard from industry experts on employment law, FLSA regulations and strategies for employer branding.

Guest Speakers included:

Joel Capparella, Capparella Strategies, expert on employer branding with more than 20 years of strategic marketing experience serving entrepreneurs and growth companies looking to expand their candidate pool, increase marketplace awareness and generate more revenue more quickly.

Tracey E. Diamond, Senior Attorney at Pepper Hamilton, who practices in the areas of employment law, human resources counseling and employment litigation.

The HR Roundtable is one of several events LLR hosts annually to get bring together different leaders within the portfolio, including CEOs, CFOs and C-suite executives in Sales, Marketing and Technology.
