About The Program
The 10-week summer analyst program takes place in Philadelphia, PA and provides students the opportunity to receive invaluable exposure to the private equity industry and a practical introduction to finance and leadership development. The program includes an in-house training curriculum, exposure to senior leaders and social events. Summer analysts may receive offers to join LLR full-time post-graduation based on performance and business need.
Market Development Team Summer Analyst Program
A summer analyst position on the market development team focuses on identifying, engaging and developing relationships with CEOs of growing companies across the country. This program gives students the core skills transferrable to a sales role within any B2B sales process as well as significant exposure to senior leaders across LLR and portfolio companies.

Investment Team Summer Analyst Program
A summer analyst position on the investment team focuses on financial modeling, valuation analysis, operational management and leadership development. As an integral member of one of LLR’s investment teams, summer analysts will have the opportunity to interact with senior members of LLR as well as the executive management teams of portfolio companies.
Recruiting for the Summer 2026 Investment Team Internship will begin in early 2025.

Program Highlights
Value-Added Work
Summer analysts will work on value-added projects to help them develop the skills necessary to succeed in future roles and help drive business results on their teams. Examples include working on live deals or cold calling CEOs of prospective companies.
Apprenticeship Model
Summer analysts will have the opportunity to develop relationships with peers and senior colleagues through LLR’s apprenticeship model. Throughout the program, summer analysts will receive training, coaching and mentorship from individuals across the firm.
In-House Training Curriculum
Our in-house training curriculum developed and taught by LLR provides key knowledge for summer analysts and exposure to various team members.
Speaker Series
Throughout the course of the summer, summer analysts will hear from senior leaders on various topics. Past topics have included LLR’s apprenticeship model, the evolution of LLR and why Philadelphia is a great place to build your career.
