LLR Partners’ bi-annual CEO Summit brings together executives from the LLR portfolio to discuss key issues that impact their growth.
The inaugural CEO Summit focused on driving organizational success by building and leading the right team. Experts offered perspectives on how to form a high quality team to support business growth, and attendees participated in peer-to-peer sharing of strategies, tactics and personal experiences.
Our most recent CEO Summit addressed two other common business challenges – avoiding hiring mistakes and cyber security breaches.
The gathering featured Randy Street, ghSMART Managing Partner and co-author of the best-selling book, Who. ghSMART is a management assessment firm with expertise in human behavior that helps CEOs and investors build valuable companies. Randy led an interactive discussion on PWR, emphasizing the power of leadership and performance improvements when driven by clear priorities, human capital and a focus on relationships. A workshop followed on proven hiring and top-grading methodologies used by leading companies around the world.
The summit also included a lunchtime keynote on cyber security by former LLR Senior Operating Advisor, Gus Hunt, who had previously served as Chief Technology Officer of the CIA. Gus offered a forward leaning look at major technology trends and their shifts and impacts on business, privacy and the market.
LLR’s full team of Senior Operating Advisors were on hand to help facilitate the discussions and to share knowledge with the group on growth strategies, based on their deep operating experience and industry-specific expertise.
