LLR Partners led a minority recapitalization of Quintiq, a leading provider of advanced planning and scheduling (APS) enterprise software solutions. The Company develops and implements software for planning and optimizing complex business processes throughout the enterprise across a broad number of industries. LLR is partnering with NewSpring Capital and the Company’s founders to support its continued growth and expansion into new markets.

Quintiq has dual headquarters in Radnor, PA and the Netherlands.
