Leaders of LLR’s HR Tech, Healthcare and Industrial Tech private equity investment practices to continue to help drive growth and create value for lower middle market companies
Four also promoted to Principal: Ryan Goldenberg, Michael Pantilione, Brian Radic and Zack Sigal
LLR Partners is pleased to announce the promotions of Sasank Aleti and Michael Levenberg to Partner. As long-time senior members of the LLR team, both Sasank and Michael have led several investments in their respective industry practices and helped drive growth for LLR’s portfolio companies.
“Sasank and Mike both built practices for LLR from the ground up, establishing themselves as thought leaders and the firm as a seasoned investor in HR tech and industrial tech, respectively,” said Scott Perricelli, Partner at LLR Partners. “Throughout our 20-year history, LLR has worked hard to maintain a culture that enables our people to grow and succeed. Sasank Aleti is a leader on LLR’s healthcare investment team and, during his tenure at LLR, also established and built the firm’s investment focus on human capital management. Throughout his career in private equity, he has also worked with companies in financial services and software. Sasank’s current investments at LLR include benefitexpress, CareATC, CoreStream, Eye Health America and Rizing. He has also worked closely with Alsbridge, Heartland Payment Systems, Maxwell Systems, Prophet 21, Welocalize and several other realized LLR portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, Sasank was an investment banking analyst at UBS. He earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from New York University.
Michael Levenberg is a leader on LLR’s industrial technology team. Since he joined the firm, Michael has been dedicated to building the firm’s security industry practice and more recently broadened its focus into other technology-oriented segments in the industrial sector. Michael’s current investments at LLR include 3SI Security Systems, ACRE, Agility Recovery, and Eyewitness Surveillance. He previously worked with several realized LLR portfolio companies including Mercury Security and UltiSat. Michael joined LLR from Monument Capital Group and prior to that he worked in investment banking and M&A advisory at Jefferies and PwC. Michael earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from Cornell University.
In addition, LLR promoted four individuals who specialize in specific industry investments to Principal: Ryan Goldenberg (fintech), Michael Pantilione (software), Brian Radic (cybersecurity) and Zack Sigal (healthcare and education).
