LLR Supports KIPP Philadelphia Schools

LLR Partners was proud to support the Young Friends of KIPP Philadelphia Schools at its 2017 Sip for KIPP fundraiser, held May 4 at The Wells Fargo History Museum.

KIPP Philadelphia Schools strive to create and sustain an exceptional school system for the most underserved communities in Philadelphia. Young Friends supports this mission by cultivating future leaders, raising funds and offering volunteer and pro bono services to the organization. The Sip for KIPP event helped KIPP Philadelphia Schools with its goal to grow from five to 10 schools by 2020, serving more than 4,400 students, and to send more than 1,000 KIPPsters to college.

KIPP Philadelphia Schools is a part of the KIPP, or the Knowledge is Power Program, a non-profit network of college-preparatory, public charter schools serving elementary, middle, and high school students.
