Panel: LLR’s Mitchell Hollin on Understanding the PE Business Model

ACG Philadelphia’s PE-backed Executives’ Roundtable (PEER), a community built by and for PE-backed CEOs and CFOs, will host a virtual session on September 24th from 4:00 – 6:30 p.m. to help business leaders understand the unique and varying business models, strategies and drivers of different types of private equity firms. LLR’s Mitchell Hollin will join as a panelist and the session will be moderated by Ellen Purdy, a five-time PE-backed CFO, including at exited LLR portfolio company, SDI Health.

The PEER session is designed to help ensure executives and their private equity sponsors are aligned and able to drive value creation together. The discussion will encourage an engaging dialogue on topics including:
