Biography

Colin Drozdowski brings more than 26 years of healthcare experience, specifically in the payer arena, to LLR Partners. He leverages this experience to help LLR evaluate new investment opportunities and support the growth of its portfolio companies. Colin is currently a Board Director at LLR portfolio company CareATC.

Colin has served in a variety of leadership roles within the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Provider Solutions for Anthem, Inc. In this capacity, Colin and his team served all lines of business (Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial) in all markets, covering Anthem’s 41+ million members. The team led and managed every aspect of provider relationships, including traditional provider/payer contracting, provider relations, risk contracting, and provider joint ventures and it led the transformation efforts within Anthem to move towards a valued-based payment model. Under Colin’s leadership, Anthem rapidly expanded its patient-centered medical home model, known as Enhanced Personal Health Care, and launched and grew the nation’s largest hospital pay for performance program, the Quality Insights Hospital Incentive Program (QHIP).

Earlier in his career, Colin worked for the Federal Reserve Bank in Cleveland, Ohio, conducting economic research, and prior to that, for Dun & Bradstreet.
