Biography

David Stienes brings more than 30 years of private equity, financial and operational experience supporting growth-oriented technology and services businesses. He leverages this experience to help LLR evaluate new investment opportunities and support the growth of its portfolio companies. David currently serves as Chairman and CEO of LLR portfolio company AdeptAg and is a Board Member of LLR portfolio companies Geoforce, Onapsis and Stratix.

Throughout his career, David has worked closely with management teams to help companies scale operations, pursue strategic growth initiatives and navigate periods of transformation. His experience spans software, cybersecurity and industrial technology markets, where he has advised businesses on organizational development, operational execution, capital allocation, acquisitions and long-term growth strategy. David has served on the Board of over 30 LLR portfolio companies since its inception.
