Biography

As a member of the Value Creation Team, Davis partners with LLR’s portfolio companies to develop and refine their near- and long-term strategies utilizing a data driven and collaborative approach. From strategic planning to growth assessments and strategy execution, Davis enables companies to accelerate and unlock their next stage of growth.

Davis joined LLR bringing over 8 years of experience in management consulting. Most recently, he was an Engagement Manager at L.E.K. Consulting where he focused on growth strategy, market research, and transaction support, with expertise in the technology and healthcare sectors. Prior to L.E.K. Consulting, Davis worked at Accenture, where he supported executive teams execute strategic transformation programs. His work at Accenture spanned multiple functions, from strategy development to process redesign, system integration, and change management.
