On the Value Creation Team, Grace partners with portfolio company leadership to unlock and accelerate growth across functional areas. Prior to joining LLR, Grace worked as a management consultant for Deloitte, where she supported large-scale business transformations for clients, and led strategic initiatives in the Office of the Consulting CEO.
