Biography

Jen brings over 15 years of recruiting and legal experience to LLR’s Value Creation Team. Jen focuses on executive leadership hiring and human capital initiatives across the LLR portfolio.

Prior to joining LLR, Jen was an executive search consultant at Diversified Search Group, a global executive search firm, where she recruited executives for C-suite roles and board of director positions at public and private companies across various industries including healthcare, corporate, education and financial services. Prior to her recruiting career, Jen was an attorney at Dechert LLP, where she worked in the Corporate and Securities and Restructuring practices.
