Biography

Josh serves as the chief internal resource in all legal aspects of the investment process, fund management and administrative legal matters at LLR.  Prior to joining LLR, he served as an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP in their Corporate and Business Transactions group and also previously served as Corporate Counsel (M&A) at TE Connectivity Ltd.  During time in these roles, Josh advised management and shareholders on diverse business transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, including growth investments, joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances; finance and restructuring; and general corporate governance.
