Biography

With more than 15 years of experience in executive search and corporate talent acquisition, Kristen manages the human capital strategy and talent network for LLR Partners and collaborates with LLR’s portfolio companies on leadership hiring and human capital initiatives.

Kristen’s extensive background includes managing executive level searches for public, private and start-up businesses, including creation of search strategies, assessment of talent and relationship management.

Before joining LLR, she served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Aramark where she managed the strategy for corporate hiring and executive hiring for the global enterprise. Previously, Kristen was a Senior Associate at Heidrick & Struggles and Korn/Ferry International. In her early career, she served as the lead recruiter for start-up software company, MicroStrategy, Inc.
