As LLR’s Head of People and Organization, Marja leads with a strong focus on organizational strategy, performance, and employee experience. Marja has built a career centered on helping companies scale, navigate change, and build high-performing teams.

Marja began her career in consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte before moving into the biotechnology space – driving HR and organizational strategies at Alexion, AstraZeneca, and Moderna.
