Biography

Melissa leads the Value Creation Team’s Learning and Development strategy for the LLR portfolio. She brings over 15 years of corporate training experience across multiple industries including healthcare, education and finance. Melissa is incredibly passionate about adding value to the LLR portfolio through the delivery of rich, meaningful learning experiences and facilitating environments that enable people to lean in and learn from one another as experienced business professionals.

Prior to LLR, Melissa led several training functions at Independence Blue Cross where she was instrumental in establishing their corporate university, which was named a world-class learning organization by Training Magazine in 2020 and The Association for Talent Development in 2022.
