Biography

Rushi Mehta is a Managing Director and Head of Technology at LLR Partners, where he leads the firm’s technology function end to end—spanning infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, end-user services, and data and AI. He is driving LLR’s digital and technology transformation, modernizing the firm’s platform and embedding artificial intelligence into how the firm works.

Prior to joining LLR, Rushi spent seven years at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, where he served as Director, Head of Enterprise Applications, Data & AI. He led the firm through a wide-ranging technology transformation, building its Applications, Data & AI function from the ground up and pioneering its early adoption of enterprise AI.

Earlier in his career, Rushi spent four and a half years in PwC’s Technology Advisory practice, advising alternative asset managers exclusively on technology strategy and transformation.
