Biography

As a member of LLR’s Value Creation Team, Steve works collaboratively with LLR’s investment teams and portfolio company leadership to leverage best practices across a range of legal services including M&A, corporate governance and general corporate legal matters and initiatives.

Prior to joining LLR, Steve gained his legal experience as an Associate at Dechert LLP and Duane Morris LLP, where he represented private equity firms and strategic companies on transactions across numerous industries.  While in private practice, Steve also represented the independent boards of mutual funds, ETFs and business development companies, and advised clients on securities law, disclosure matters and corporate governance.  Steve was also previously US Counsel at Aberdeen Standard Investments Inc. (now abrdn), where he gained valuable insight and experience as in-house counsel.
