LLR Partners is proud to celebrate the graduation of its 2025 New Leader Academy cohort. In its fourth year, the program included 95 employees from 25 of LLR’s portfolio companies. The 6-month virtual program, led by Melissa Pernell, Head of Learning & Development at LLR, aims to accelerate the path to leadership proficiency and position new leaders for long-term success.
Through workshops, peer collaboration and coursework – tackling topics like delegation, giving and receiving feedback and accountability – participants gained skills and tools to help drive meaningful impact in their roles. Since launching in 2022, over 435 portfolio employees have graduated from the program.
Reflecting on this year’s cohort, Melissa shared: “I’m honored to celebrate our 2025 New Leader Academy graduates, who have invested deeply in their professional development over the past six months. I’m excited to see how this program will help shape their leadership journeys.”
